Who I am:
I'm a lover of life, a seeker of joy, and a calmer of chaos. Drawing from nearly two decades of PA and administrative experience, plus three years running my own yoga and meditation business, I provide virtual support to socially conscious entrepreneurs and small business owners so they can free up time to focus on growing a business and life they love. I bring my trademark enthusiasm to all that I do, and can't wait to see how I can help you create calm and cheer you on!
What I offer:

- Monthly retainer packages starting at £320 for up to 10 hours/month. One-off project package rates available upon request.
